Ronald Terry McManus, 86, of Cornelia, Ga., passed away Wednesday. Born in Altoona, he was a son of the late Marjorie McManus.
Ronald retired as store manager with Ingles in Cornelia.
In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing softball and basketball.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Snowden; and sisters: Sylvia Snowden, Sally Snowden, Susie Dodson and Sara Delozier.
Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Joyce Davis McManus; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald T. McManus II (Jeanne); daughters and sons-in-law, Ronalee M. Clark (Jerry) and Renee M. Harrelson (Darrin); grandchildren: Ronald Clark (LeeAnn), Brookanne Chester (Hunter), Tripp McManus, Joseph McManus, Lowen McManus, Adelaide McManus, Marshall Harrelson and Andrew Harrelson; great-grandchildren: Kaylee Clark, Isaiah Chester, Elijah Chester, Summer, Emmit and Wyatt Harrelson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at Anthony P. Scaglione Funeral Home, 1908 Seventh Ave., Altoona.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at the Chapel of Alto-Reste Park in Altoona.
