Robin D. "Rob" Harkins, 72, of Altoona, died peacefully Sunday evening, Nov. 23, 2025, at his residence. Friends will be received from 3 until the 7 p.m. Masonic funeral service Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, at Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., 501 Sixth Ave., Altoona; and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 408 N.
