Maximillian ‘Jerry’ Watt

He married Donna M. Luther in 1972. She preceded him in death in 2010 after sharing 37 years of marriage.

Surviving are his son, David; a sister, Mary Buzzella and husband, Bob; two brothers, Duane and Pat (Ginger).

He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Joseph in 1996; and a sister-in-law, Judith A. Watt.

Jerry was a member of the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves, and retired from the railroad.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Friends will be received from noon until 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025, at St. Patrick Church, Newry, where a funeral Mass will immediately follow at 2 p.m. with Father Allen P. Zeth, Celebrant.

Private interment at Calvary Cemetery.
