Kathy E. "Kath" Wilfong, 74, of Roaring Spring, passed away Wednesday after an extended illness at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring. She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Bradie E. and Sara E. (Bowers) Emeigh.
She married Bill L. Wilfong on May 8, 1997.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Lori R. Wilson and husband, Mac, of Elkton, Md.; two grandchildren, Molly and Nate; and three siblings: Hazel E. Fisher of New Enterprise, Robert E. Emeigh and wife, Caroline, of Shelocta, Pa., and Robin E. Blakeley and husband, Greg, of Roaring Spring.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth E. Emeigh and Wayne E. Emeigh.
Kathy was a member of Christ Church, Roaring Spring.
She was a 1968 graduate of Central High School and retired from Homewood at Martinsburg in 2016 with more than 30 years of service.
Kathy enjoyed bowling, reading, being in the sun and the Beatles, and was an avid Pittsburgh Pirate fan.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at Todd T. Thompson Funeral Home Inc., Roaring Spring.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, at Christ Church, Roaring Spring, with the Rev. Dr. Joel Kletzing officiating. Interment will be made in Blair Memorial Park, Bellwood.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kathy's memory may be given to Blood Cancer United, Donor Services, P.O. Box 98018, Washington, DC 20090-8018; or Christ Church, 7524 Woodbury Pike, Roaring Spring, PA 16673.
