Beverly Jean Hagerty, 87, died Monday evening at Graystone Manor at Bellmeade. She was born in Bellwood, a daughter of the late John B. and Luella (Foust) Focht.
She married Charles Kyle Hagerty in 1955 in Altoona. He preceded her in death May 21, 2024.
Surviving are three sons: Charles J. Hagerty (Gail) of Goode, Va.; Daniel L. Hagerty (Gloria) of Altoona; Rob D. Hagerty (Sherry) of Lynchburg, Va.; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hagerty was a member of Grace Bible Church, Hollidaysburg.
She was a 1956 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School.
Beverly retired as a secretary from the Altoona Area School District, following 25 years' service.
She enjoyed playing bingo and crocheting.
She was a member of the Reunion Committee for Bellwood-Antis High School.
There will be no viewing or funeral service. Interment will be made at Rose Hill Cemetery.
