Virginia M. McNelis, 101, of Tyrone, passed away Monday. She was born in Tyrone, a daughter of the late Nial and Martha (Hopkins) Holly. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eugene "Bam"; three sisters: Louise Kahler, Marie Kilmartin and Jeanne Miller. Surviving are daughters, Nila (Gary) Woomer and Virginia "Jenny" Snare; a granddaughter, Corinne Otis; and several nieces and nephews. Virginia attended Wesley United Methodist Church, Tyrone. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the memorial service at noon Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone.
