Susan J. (Walters) Powers, 67, of Martinsburg, passed away Sept. 29, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Ira and Esther (Ritchey) Walters.
Surviving are her son, Josh Berkheimer, of Hollidaysburg; two grandchildren, Mason and Madison; her cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy J. Berkheimer in 2017; and two sisters, Kay Lynch and Cheryl Simington.
Susan worked as an LPN for the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.
She enjoyed heritage, reading books, politics and was an avid computer user.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to until 12 noon Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 12 noon.
Private interment at Alto-Reste Park.
