Melody A. (McCready) Miller, 73, of Duncansville, passed away Sept. 28, 2025. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Homer Sr. and Virginia (Curry) McCready.
Surviving are a daughter, Stacey Singer and husband, Benjamin, of Duncansville; three grandchildren: Bryan, Alyson and Victor; and a brother, Homer McCready Jr. (Paula).
Melody graduated from Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and retired as a laborer from Norfolk Southern.
She enjoyed all things Disney.
Friends will be received from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5 p.m. Feel free to wear Disney apparel in memory of Melody.
