Mary P. (Jennings) Codd, 86, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Sunday at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona. She was born in Williamsport, daughter of the late Orlan V. and Ethel S. (Gill) Jennings.
Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Henry W. Codd Sr.; two sons, Henry Jr. (Kim) and Bradford (Heather); and four grandchildren: Parker, Zoe, Naomi and Shayna.
She was preceded in death by four brothers; and a sister.
Mary graduated from Williamsport High School in 1957 and Lycoming College in 1960 with a BS in education.
She retired as an elementary school teacher after 35 years in Williamsport and Hollidaysburg School District.
Mary was a member of the Hollidaysburg Women's Club and St. Michael Church, Hollidaysburg.
She loved cats, and was an avid bridge player who enjoyed playing the game with her many friends.
All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
