Chub was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a self-employed truck driver, hauling livestock for the family business.

Larry was not only a loving husband, but a wonderful father and grandfather. He always made sure his family was taken care of.

Larry's greatest passions were turkey hunting and truck driving, having driven truck for more than

50 years. He called in many a turkey, for many people, and looked forward to hunting turkey in Tennessee every spring. Larry also enjoyed taking many trips to Potter County, his last trip being this spring, where he met his goal of making it to the top of the mountain, twice.

His strength and love for the Lord was, and still is, an inspiration. The way Larry lived his life was the definition of an unbreakable faith in God and His promises.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
