Kay F. Daugherty, 87, Altoona, passed away Sunday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Roy and Bernadine (Stevens) Aurandt. She later married Richard Daugherty, who preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Kay Daugherty and Helen (Robert) Cole; four grandchildren: David Daugherty, Timothy and Richard Farber and Montana Cole; a great-grandson, Grayson, and another on the way; a sister, Ethel Aurandt; and a brother, Eugene Aurandt. Friends will be received from 9 until the 11 a.m. memorial service Monday, Oct. 6, 2025, at the Axe and Santella Family Chapel, 1534 Fourth St., Altoona.
