Joseph C. Price, 45, Altoona, passed away unexpectedly from a sudden cardiac arrest on Sept. 29, 2025, at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Joseph D. and the late Cathy J. (Rhone) Price.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Casey D. Price; and grandparents: Joseph E. Price, Dorothy Price-Davidson-Campbell, Franklin D. Rhone and Linda E. (Hite) Rhone.
Joseph was a 1998 graduate of Altoona Area High School.
He enlisted into the Navy on Oct. 26, 1999, and was honorably discharged in 2004.
Joseph was a national member of the American Legion.
Friends and family will be received from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, at Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., 118 Rosehill Cemetery Drive, Altoona.
