Ja-Quin Donshay “Buckz” Forbes, 34, Altoona, died Tuesday. He was born in Queens, N.Y., to Suzanne Miller and John Forbes Jr. Surviving are his parents; children: Jy’Cere and his mother, “Megan” Hartman; Jah’mari, Ja’mias, Journee and Ja’aliyah and their mother, Angelica Ruscio; siblings: Latoya, Tonya, John III, Janei, Jonisha, Tiffany, Jahiem, Jaliek and Jayon; and grandmother, Elmeria Forbes. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 until the 5 p.m. service Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, at the Axe and Santella Family Chapel, 1534 Fourth St., Altoona. Arrangements by Santella Funeral Home.
