Frederick Alan Fornwalt, 76, of Altoona, passed away Monday morning, Oct. 20, 2025, at his residence. Friends will be received from 9 until the 11 a.m. funeral Mass Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 344 Baynton Ave., Altoona.
