Carl G. Krajec, 90, passed away Monday. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., raised in Johnstown, and resided in Reston, Va., and then Rehoboth Beach, Del.
Surviving are his daughter, Cheryl Morgan; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Carl was a graduate of Johnstown Catholic High School, Saint Francis University and the University of Montana graduate school.
He served for 57 years as a manager and independent contractor for the Central Intelligence Agency.
Carl attended St. John Newman Catholic Church in Reston, Va. He was a member of the over-50 club at the church and attended daily services.
He was a former member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Johnstown.
Friends will be received from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, at Gibbons-Houser Funeral Home Inc., 301 Church St., Gallitzin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, at St. Demetrius Parish, Gallitzin, with Father Albert Ledoux, celebrant.
Interment will be at the Resurrection Mausoleum in Gallitzin, where Carl will join his beloved wife, Jeanne Krajec, who passed in 2013.
