Virginia Blanchard, 97, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Tuesday. She was born in Fords, N.J., to late parents, Marcel and Mary (Samsoe) Bonalsky. Virginia is survived by her son, Mark Blanchard, of Bay Shore, N.Y.; and two grandchildren, Brandon and Christopher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Blanchard. All funeral services are private. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
