Virgil F. Frost, 71, of Martinsburg, passed away Tuesday at his home. He was born in Hoven, S.D., son of the late Anthony and Alice (Miles) Frost. He was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Frost; and stepmom, Bernice. Surviving are his wife, Cynthia; son, Levi Frost (Kim) of Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; daughter, Rachel Frost-Lynch (Mike) of Aurora, Colo.; grandchildren: Jack, Harper and another on the way; and siblings: Jim, Rich, Paul, Maxine, Colleen, Maureen, Rita and Lila. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg.
