Suzanne Scaramozzino, 93, of Altoona, passed away Monday at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona, after an extended illness. She was born in Johnstown, daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Edminston) Mulvehill.
She married Paul P. Scaramozzino, who preceded her in death on Oct. 26, 2013.
Surviving are daughters, Brigette Scaramozzino and Paula Kvartunas (Michael); sons, Paul J. Scaramozzino (Dawn) and Mark A. Scaramozzino (Tanya); and three grandchildren: Alicia, Nicole and Nicholas.
In addition to her husband, Suzanne was preceded in death by a daughter, MaryAnne; a sister; and two brothers.
Suzanne retired after many years of service at Family Children Services in Altoona.
Her life was dedicated to taking care of others. Suzanne will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at Anthony P. Scaglione Funeral Home, 1908 Seventh Ave., Altoona.
A committal service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at Calvary Cemetery in the mausoleum.
