Roseanne Marie "Rose" Decker, 37, Altoona, formerly of Bellwood, was taken too soon Tuesday, Aug. 26.
Surviving are her four beloved daughters: Abbigail, Laila, Aurora and Lorelei; her fiance, Brett Lucas; her parents, Tom Decker Jr. and Polly Wood; her grandparents, Judy Wood and Patty and Tom Decker Sr.; and many cousins, uncles, aunts and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, George Wood.
Roseanne was a loving LPN who served Blair County Prison and various nursing homes in the area. She touched the lives of everyone she met.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending rock concerts, racing, reading, art and all things dark and spooky.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Sept. 2, 2025, at Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., Altoona.
