Paul R. Fisher, 88, of New Enterprise, died Sunday. He was born in Bedford County, son of the late Richard and Mildred Fisher. He was predeceased by siblings: (infant) Carrie Fisher, John Fisher and Jane Shaw. Surviving are his wife, Hazel; children: Jeanne Defibaugh, Paula Koontz, Richard Fisher and Kellie Gates; several grandchildren; and a sister, Nancy Fisher. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, at Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Woodbury; and from 10 until the 11 a.m. service Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, at New Enterprise Church of the Brethren.
