Lawrence W. "Bill" Dibert Jr., 90, Dysart, died Monday. Born in Altoona, son of the late Lawrence Sr. and Isalbelle Dibert, he was also predeceased by his second wife, Patricia; brothers, James and Daniel; brothers-in-law, "Jug" Wagner and Wes Van Scoyoc; and sister-in-law, Judy. Surviving are children: Pamela, Scott and Michelle; his grandchildren; and siblings: Helen "Sis," Donald, Linda and Debbie; and Betty Wilkinson, caregiver and friend. Visitation is from 1 until the 2 p.m. service Friday, Sept. 12, 2025, at Richland Bible Church. Arrangements by Moriconi Funeral Home Inc. Northern Cambria.
