Jane I. Temple, 74, of Tyrone, died Tuesday at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of Wilford Eugene and Iona Pearl (Colby) Temple.
Surviving are daughters, Patricia Lee Lego (Joe) and Karen Temple; grandchildren, Anthony David Wiser (Kaycee) of Salix and Sarah A. Wiser of Tyrone; great-grandchildren, Raegan Wiser and Mason Wiser of Salix; a sister, Susan Morrisroe (Thomas) of Valparaiso, Ind.; and brother-in-law, Martin Wright of Manheim.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn L. Wright.
Jane was a 1969 graduate of Pennsbury High School in Fairless Hills.
She had worked in accounts receivable at Mid-State Bank, Altoona, for 21 years, and then retired from EZToUse at the Altoona Mirror.
A family gathering for a memorial service will be held from 1 until the family service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2025, at Derman Funeral Home Inc., Tyrone.
