Hazel L. Lewis, 92, formerly of Martinsburg, passed away Friday. She was born in Williamsburg to late parents, Joseph and Cora Clabaugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; and a son, Thomas.
Surviving are children: Shelby Knox, Melody Speck and Russell Lewis; many grandchildren; and siblings, Charles Clabaugh and Carol Ayers. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg; and from 10 until the 11 a.m. service Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at Williamsburg Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 5270 Piney Creek Road, Williamsburg.
