Doris Jean Carland, 85, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Tuesday at Cedarwood Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Ralph and Daisy Carland.
Surviving are her son, Scott and wife, Dianne, of Hollidaysburg; two granddaughters, Jenna Miller and husband, Kris, and Krista; two great-grandchildren, Ranger and Crash; and her best friend, Ina Holsinger.
Doris retired from Lumax Industries and enjoyed antiquing and flower gardening.
Friends will be received from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. John A. Godissart officiating.
