Debra Ann McElheny, 71, of Blandburg, died Tuesday. Born in Kittanning, she was a daughter of the late Pete and C. June (Patterson) Stefancik. Surviving are her husband,John; a son, Shawn; a daughter, Kelly Jo Dotts; grandsons, Theoren and Braylon; a sister, PatriciaFrank; and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at McQuown FuneralHome, Glasgow, with a vigil service held during the evening visitation. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Frugality.
