Cecelia M. (Hoefler) LaHive, 66, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Gerald and Margaret (Piper) Hoefler. Her husband, William, preceded her in death. Surviving are two sisters, Stephanie Scheeler and Rita Hoefler; two brothers, Jeffery and William; and many nieces and nephews. She was also survived by her fur babies, Marley and Cami. Friends will be received from noon until 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a memorial service will immediately follow at 2 p.m.
