Jesse C. Gregory, 38, Altoona, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Pittsburgh. He was the son of Patricia A. (Waugh) and the late James R. Gregory. Surviving are his mother; daughter, Kaelynn Gregory; sisters, Megan Gregory and Mellissa Cotton; brothers, James Waugh and Tyler Gregory; grandmother, Dorothy Guie; stepfather, Cory Havlin; stepbrothers, Jordon and Cameron Havlin; and his girlfriend, Taylor Sonnier. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Gregory. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., Altoona.
