Edgar Harold Litzinger, 75, Martinsburg, died Sunday. He was born in Spangler, son of the late Clement and Agnes (Kruise) Litzinger. Surviving are his wife, Rhonda; children, Jennifer Anderson and Chief Warrant Officer 3 James Litzinger; stepchildren, Kyle Gottshall and Macy Beal; and nine grandchildren. He was predeceased by siblings: Rita, Eileen and Joe; and son-in-law, Trooper Landon Weaver. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at noon Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025, at Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsburg. Arrangements are by Fink & Stone Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Martinsburg.
