Alan Lee Diehl, 72, of Tyrone, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Aug. 22, 2025. He was born in Altoona on Dec. 8, 1952, a son of the late William Diehl and Janet (Moyer) Diehl Pfiester. After William passed away, Alan's mother later married his father, the late Robert Pfiester. On Sept. 14, 1979, he married Nancy Ann Frank, who survives. Also surviving are two children: Melissa Miller and Alan "AJ" Diehl II; one granddaughter: Bailee Miller; and four siblings: Bobbi Ann Schmitt and Michael, Tim, and Terry Pfiester. There will be no services. Arrangements are by Richard H. Searer Funeral Home, Inc.
