Virginia L. "Mickie" Seymour, 78, Altoona, died Thursday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Dave Carland and Ann (Bell) Carland-Lascoli. She was raised by her stepfather, the late Pasquale Lascoli. Surviving are her husband, Gene; sons, Craig and Cory; grandchildren, Brandi and Andrew Rupert; and two sisters. She was preceded in death by children, Tricia and Brian; and a grandson. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., Altoona. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 511 20th St., Altoona.
