Mary Lee Rydbom, 90, of Irvona, died Friday, July 25, 2025, at Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare, Tyrone. She was born Aug. 31, 1934, in Irvona, the daughter of James and Lena (Hatwick) Robison. She married Kenneth Rydbom, who preceded her in death Feb. 2, 2021.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded by her parents; and sister, Dorothy Alsop.
She is survived by her children: Janice (Richard) Holes of Burwindsdale, Judy (Thomas) Basinger of Irvona, and Jeffrey Rydbom of Manassas, Va.; three grandchildren: Sarah, Joshua and Hillary; and two great-grandchildren, Ava and Mason.
She was a volunteer at the Irvona Historical Society.
Family and friends may pay their respects from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service Monday, July 28, 2025, at Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home Inc., Irvona, the Rev. Dr. Michael Dorich, officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery following the service.
