Mary Ann Waite, 80, of Clearfield, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025. Born July 1, 1945, in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late John and Teresa (Fundanish) Pesansky. On Sept. 7, 1963, she married Duwayne B. Waite. Along with her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Sherry (Jeffrey) Johnson; and four grandchildren: Benjamin, Matthew, Nicholas and Megan Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at the American Legion Cemetery, Brisbin.
