Elizabeth Bottenfield, 78, of Montoursville, formerly of Sinking Valley, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on Friday. She was a woman of deep faith, known for her love of God and her unwavering devotion to her family.

Elizabeth found great solace in flowers and gardening, tending to her plants with the same care and love she gave to those around her. She was a gifted artist with a deep passion for painting. She found joy and inspiration in every brushstroke.

Her life was a testament to the words of her favorite Bible verse, Romans 8:28: "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."

Elizabeth will be remembered for her warmth, kindness and enduring faith. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength and grace that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
