Darrell L. Clapper, 59, rural Martinsburg, died Thursday. He was born in Altoona, son of Clair and Janice (Helsel) Clapper. In 1987, he married Diane E. Dilling. Surviving are his wife; six children: Deidre, David, Daniel, Devin, Dale and Darcy; six grandchildren; his parents; and four sisters: Sharon, Cindi, Joy and Jody. Friends will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Martinsburg Grace Brethren Church, with a funeral service to follow at 4 p.m. Arrangements are by the John K. Bolger Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
