Shirley Gail Snyder, 91, of Martinsburg, formerly of Saxton, died Friday. She was a daughter of the late Elmer and Blanche (Reed) Hooper. She was preceded in death by her husband, James; a daughter-in-law, Ann Snyder; son-in-law, Charles DeLuca; siblings: Thelma Hooper, Donna Hooper, Harold "Max" Hooper, Paul Hooper, Doris Ralph, Jean Yeamans, Dorothy Hooper and two infant brothers. Surviving are children: James and John Snyder, Dotti Elder and Jean DeLuca; and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Akers Funeral Chapel, Saxton.
