Sandra L. "Angel" Howard, 64, of Altoona, passed away April 27, 2025, at home. She was born Dec. 31, 1960, in Altoona, daughter of the late Ronald Parks and Peggy (Scalice) Puszakowski. Surviving are a sister, Robin Moore and husband, Bobby; former stepchildren, Crystal Lingenfelter and Donald Coble II; multiple nieces and nephews; and lots of friends and other family. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Ronald and John Parks. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or services.
