Patricia L. "Patti" Gill, 71, Northern Cambria, passed away Thursday at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born in Spangler, daughter of the late Francis and Elizabeth (Olear) Pawlikowski.
Surviving are her loving husband of 47 years, Deacon Gary, Northern Cambria; son, Chris (Jenn) Gill, Pennfield, N.Y.; and grandchildren, Coleston and Kennady.
Patti retired as a bank teller and had worked at several local banks throughout the years.
Her strong values and faith were a guiding light throughout her life. Her deep love for the church and her commitment to helping others were evident in everything that she did. She was a prayer warrior, praying the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet.
Patti was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Northern Cambria, where she shared her time and talents, ready to lend a hand to those in need. She was a dedicated volunteer in many parish activities, including weekly finances and collections, parish festivals and dinners. Patti also served as a Eucharistic Minister, hospital ministry, lector, taught marriage prep classes for years, as well as OICA.
Patti was a wonderful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her thoughtfulness and love touched everyone around her, leaving lasting memories. She will be deeply missed.
Family and friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, May 11, 2025, at Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, May 12, 2025, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Northern Cambria, with Father Mark Groeger, celebrant. Interment will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., 1303 Bigler Ave., Northern Cambria.
In lieu of flowers and in Patti's memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
