Kathleen R. Paul, 58, of Altoona, passed away May 21, 2025, at UPMC Altoona. Born Feb. 17, 1967, in Altoona, she was the daughter of the late Raymond McConnell and Deanna Stevens Bendon.
Surviving are her son, Brock (Lynette) Nagle, and companion, Bruce Kalinoski; siblings: Colleen (Larry) Durkay, Patrick (Carla) McConnell, Molly Krawczyk and Maureen (Matt) Keller; nieces and nephews: Tanya (Chad) Whitmer, Lauren Hatfield, Zachary (Reanne) McConnell, Ian McConnell, Chad (Marina) Krawczyk and Kurtis Keller; as well as numerous grandnieces and grandnephews and multiple granddogs.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Raymond "Poge" Bendon; and nephew, Joey Krawczyk.
Kathleen worked for the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center as Transfer Coordinator/Bed Manager. A Celebration of Life service in her memory will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathleen's memory may be made to the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center Activities Fund CDCE/Voluntary Service Program, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., first floor, Room 1E34, Altoona, PA 16602.
