Charles Hescox, 82, of Blandburg, died Wednesday at his residence. He was born in Smoke Run, son of the late Charles and Catherine (Novosel) Hescox. Surviving is a daughter, Theresa Hescox; grandchildren: Breanna McCollough and Katelyn and Olivia Feige; a sister, Cecilia Hescox; and a niece, Gina Keating. Charles was a 1961 graduate of Reade Township High School. He was a Prudential Insurance agent and owned and operated Hescox Plumbing and Heating. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Visitation is from 3 until the 6:30 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
