Charlene Elaine Ebersole, 64, of Claysburg, passed away Tuesday at home. She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Robert J. and Joanne H. (Burket) Smith.
On Nov. 24, 1989, in Roaring Spring, she married David S. Ebersole. He preceded her in death on Nov. 6, 2013.
Surviving is her fiance, Mearle L. Weyant; a daughter, Cassidy Ebersole (fiance, Casey Bassett) of Johnstown; a son, Cordell Ebersole of Claysburg; and a sister, Carlene Prince (David) in Maryland.
Charlene was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Claysburg.
She was a 1979 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School, and was employed as an administrative assistant at POOF-Slinkey Inc. for 40 years and later as a member of the Bereavement Team at UPMC Family Hospice.
Charlene enjoyed camping, house plants, animals, being outdoors and in nature and spending time with her family.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
