Cathy E. Decker, 69, of Roaring Spring, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025, at home. She was born Aug. 29, 1955, in Altoona, daughter of the late Harold and Catherine (Westover) Conley.
Surviving are sons, Rich Conley (Brenda Hoover) and Troy Conley (Kim Rickabaugh); a daughter, Cathy Guyer (Lee); three grandchildren: Brian, Emily and Justine; a sister, Karen Elbin; brothers: David (Barb Bassetti), Dennis and Daniel (Brenda) Conley; sisters-in-law, Richanda Conley and Sally Conley; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters: Carolyn Conley, Judith Wolfe and Debra Conley; brothers, Joseph and Ronald Conley; sister-in-law, Angie Conley; and brothers-in-law, Thomas Dixon and Don Elbin.
Cathy attended Northern Bedford High School. She was employed at Cove Shoe and the Spring House Restaurant, and was also a housekeeper.
Cathy enjoyed spending time with, and pranking, her family and friends. She also enjoyed watching Brian ride his e-bike down the lane.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
