Thomas W. O'Shell, 78, of Antis Township, died Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Hilltop Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Altoona. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Altoona Alliance Church; and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2025, at the church.
