Marcelline A. "Marcie" O'Neill, 70, Patton, passed away April 17, 2025, at Miner's Medical Center, Hastings, after complications from an infection. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Marceline Riley and Lawrence Earl O'Neill, proprietor of O'Neill Hotel, Hollidaysburg.
Surviving are a daughter, Kelly Shannon (Rodney) of Northern Cambria; siblings, Earlene O'Neill and Laurene Lord, both of Hollidaysburg; two grandchildren, Michael L. Shannon and Andrea Lord; and four nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Myrtle in 1950; and a grandson, John Michael Shannon in 2010.
Marcie was a 1972 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School.
She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and drinking coffee.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 312 Clark St., Hollidaysburg.
