Chad D. Barnes, 49, Claysburg, passed away Saturday. He was born in Altoona, son of Leroy Barnes and the late Rita (Custer) Kephart. Surviving are his father; significant other, Judy Lightner; a daughter, Samantha Kreider; three grandchildren; a sister, Carrie; and a brother, Jamie. Friends will be received from 2 until the 6 p.m. funeral service today, April 30, 2025, at Mt. Hope Church, Blue Knob. Arrangements are by Leslie-Miller Funeral Home, Claysburg.
