Pastor Carl T. Miner, 71, Martinsburg, died Wednesday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Thomas and Kay Miner. He was also predeceased by the mother of his three children, Sharon; and siblings, Penny and Stephen. Surviving is his wife, Martha; children: Sheri Markuson, Karen Bresslin, Kris Miner, John Delvin, Kimberly Cornelius and Robert Delvin; his grandchildren; and siblings, Sharon Howe and T. Craig Miner. Visitation is from 3 until the 5 p.m. service Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Martinsburg Church of God. Arrangements by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
