Matthew Charles Corwin, 49, Portage, died Monday. He was the son of Madeline Conrad and Lawrence Corwin. Surviving are his mother; his stepfather, Faber Conrad Sr.; and sisters: Charlotte Vitale, Susan Strashensky/Mata and Melinda Corwin. At 21, Matthew was the first graduate of IU8 at Penn Cambria High School. He continued to learn and grow at Skills in Cresson. At 37, he continued to spread his loving and contagious smile to residents and staff of Maple Heights Health & Rehab daily. Arrangements by Matthew R.
