Kelly David Hoover, 63, of Martinsburg, passed away Saturday at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Richard S. and Cecelia L. "Silkie" (Imler) Hoover. Surviving are a son, David A. Hoover (Francine) of Shippensburg; and four grandchildren: Brunie, Guichelle, Chloe and Elijah. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wendell. Friends will be received from 11:30 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service Saturday, March 22, 2025, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, with Mr. Daniel Horton officiating. Interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
