Joseph Piacentini, 61, of Altoona, died Sunday. He was born in New York, the son of Anna (Rocchiccioli) and the late Enzo Piacentini. Surviving are children, Juliana Piacentini McGinty (Mitchell) and Nicholas; and his mother. Joe loved spending time with his family and being a father. He was abundantly proud of his children. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2025, at First United Methodist Church, Hollidaysburg. Private interment at Calvary Cemetery.
