Edith M. Wineland, 92, formerly of Kearney, Bedford County, died Monday at Homewood at Martinsburg. She was born in Fulton County, daughter of the late Stanley and Myrtle (Foor) Wright. She was predeceased by two husbands, Joe Swindell and Foster Wineland; and siblings: Stanley "Sonny," Ronald, Thomas, Jean, Dorcas and Beatrice. Surviving are her son, Kim Swindell; many grandchildren; and siblings: Robert, Jerry, Joe and Maryann. Visitation is from 10 until the 11 a.m. service Thursday, March 6, 2025, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
