Annette L. Soltis

Soltis

Annette L. Soltis, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday evening, March 18, 2025, at Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Tyrone. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Gaza J. and Helen (Wissinger) Soltis.

Annette is survived by family and friends that will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Dolores (Soltis) Eckardt.

Annette was a graduate of Mount Aloysius Academy and Mount Aloysius College. She joined the United States Army Reserves and served for 12 years.

Annette was an administrative assistant for the Pa. Department of Public Welfare, with 30 years of service.

She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Newry.

Annette enjoyed horseback riding and ballroom dancing.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, March 28, 2025, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 704 Patrick Lane, Newry, with Father Allen P. Zeth, celebrant. Committal will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
